Clinical Curiosity

By Natascha Storf

Women’s health and psychology expertise for health brands, from content and products to events.

I’m Natascha Storf, a health and medical psychologist (MSc), with experience in research, pharma and patient organisations. I work with companies on single projects or as a long-term partner, so that what they say about women’s health is accurate, sensitive and trusted.

Expert review:
I check your content for scientific accuracy and for psychological sensitivity, so it is correct and doesn’t harm the people reading it. This includes articles, campaigns and the responses of health-related AI tools.

Content and concept development:
I work with your team on ideas, formats and products, as a single project or an ongoing partnership.

Workshops and speaking:
Evidence-based sessions on topics like the menstrual cycle, sleep and stress, for your community or team.

Have a project or an idea? Let’s talk about whether I can help. Get in touch below.

What I offer:

My women’s health blog:

Plain-language articles on endometriosis, chronic pain, hormones and the menstrual cycle, covering what the research says and what it still can’t tell us.

Most of what we're taught about the menstrual cycle stops at middle school biology, and most of what we hear after that is anecdotal: girls' evening talk, online trends, "just how it is." Neither actually explains what's happening in your body, and how to best live with your cycle.

This workshop goes further. As a psychologist, I weave psychology and scientific literature into the content, showing you not just how your cycle works, but how it shapes the way you feel, function, and relate to your own body.

We'll get into:
• The biology of your cycle and hormones
• Why the luteal phase often feels harder
• Whether your performance genuinely changes across your cycle, or just feels like it does
• What the science actually says about trends like cycle syncing, and whether adapting your lifestyle to your cycle phase is worth it
This is an interactive session. Questions, differing experiences, and open discussion are part of the format, not an afterthought.
